Jenkins Veracode plugin throwing "The profile 'default' does not exist" error

I have installed the Jenkins Veracode plugin and added credentials (that I've tested in AWS CodePipeline so I know they work) and have been following the steps from the documentation I found here: https://docs.veracode.com/r/t_jenkins_pipe

 

But when I run my Jenkins pipeline, I get the following in the console output:

[2023.04.18 16:10:53.195] The profile 'default' does not exist.

[2023.04.18 16:10:53.196] Wrapper return code 2 = API Error

 

I am using the correct app name and sandbox name. Any ideas on what the issue could be?
