Agent based scan, withScan engine 3.8.25 (latest 3.8.25) is not scanning all the libraries ?

please see the difference below old and new scan engine. we noticed this difference after April 13th 2023.

Unfortunately we don't see an option to specify Scan Engine version and its auto picking version 3.8.25 after April 13th 2023.
