Uploading a file with the same filename twice in different directories will cause Veracode Static Analysis to see the file as separate modules.
For example, uploading an "old/verademo.war" and a "new/verademo.war" will result in 2 "verademo.war" modules, one for "old" and one for "new.
Uploading a file with the same filename twice in the same directory (for example using `-filepath old/verademo.war -filepath new/verademo.war` with the API wrapper) will result in the first file being selected as a module and the second file being ignored.
In this case 1 module would be created ("verademo.war" from "old/verademo.war").
