It seems that this "Verification" step can take any unknown number of days to complete, sometimes its a few hours, other times it can be 4 or 5 days. Does Veracode have an SLA for this Verification step? It would really help us in allowing us to tell our application teams when they can expect scan results to populate in the platform's application profiles. Right now, they have to check everyday after a scan completes until they are finally reported. Also, if the Verification step takes more than 5 days, it can overlap with when our next weekly scan runs. In that case does the prior scan still get reported? This leaves the app team with almost no time to fix the reported flaws before the next scan runs again. It would help if Veracode could provide an SLA for this verification step so we know exactly when we can expect our DAST scan results to be published to our end users, and so we can know when exactly would be a good time for our team to run our reports for metrics.
