I would sugest you to review in your company, if the IP addresses and others domains form Veracode are not blocked. You can se all addresses used by Veracode in this link https://docs.veracode.com/r/IP_addresses
Make sure to review with the correct region (Commercial or European for example).
Try test in other machine if its possible and test with other project too.
If neither work for you, is better to contact Veracode Support to help you.
