Yes, there is a way to do this. An analysis is only reflected in the history if it is “App Linked” or if the same analysis is run again by changing the schedule. If the goal is to have an isolated analysis and have results not reflected in the history the suggest is to start an analysis and create a new one (and not app link it) every time a unique analysis is needed for comparison.
You have develop custom scripts that trigger scans, collect results, and perform comparisons while avoiding the standard scan history. And explore if your security tool offers options for comparison between scans or generating comparison reports.
