Verified Continuous requires both Security Champion and Development Teams take developer education to reach that level. Who would be considered the "Security Champion" versus "Development Team"?
I believe the development team would be that team tied to the application submitted for Verification. That seems straightforward. However, if it's a team of 5 developers, would all 5 need to take labs? How would one distinguish those 5 developers from the "Security champion"?
