Using version 2023.2.3 of Intellij IDEA, I installed version 0.7.1-RELEASE of Veracode SCA Scan Plugin on my MacOS laptop. I setup a ~/.veracode/credentials file and that looks like it worked correctly because I'm seeing Authenticated next to the "Test Authentication" button, but when I click the "Install Agent" button after that, I get this error message: "java.lang.Exception: Configure IDE Agent failed: error retrieving ide agent workspace information from platform"
I'm in a network environment where I can't just go out to Internet URLs without getting firewall clearance first. What hostname/port is this plugin trying to reach out to to install a local agent?
Any help is appreciated.

I would recommend you contact our technical support team. Here's how you can log a case:
1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, and click on your user avatar.
2. Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.Open a case with Support, for SCA scan and provide the steps you are taking to receive that error to better help assist the engineer.

With this issue, I would recommend opening a support ticket. You can open a support ticket within the Community. Simply click on your profile on the top right side of the screen and select "Contact Support". Or click on the link below.https://community.veracode.com/s/contact-support
