Product Announcements — Hannah (Veracode PM) (Veracode) asked a question.
Veracode is making changes to how it grants permissions to its Analytics offering; these changes should not interrupt your existing workflows. Starting February 20th, select users will be switched to read-only access to the dashboard tool. These changes are based on users' historical usage patterns within the Analytics tool.
For users that have been reassigned a read-only permission, you will continue to have access to Veracode Dashboards, Your Organization’s Dashboards, and any of your Personal Dashboards. You will be able to refresh data, use configurable filters, drill down into tiles, and download dashboards and individual tiles. You will not be able to explore data beyond those tiles.
If you believe that you require edit access to dashboards, you may email Support@Veracode.com to reinstate that permission and be assigned the new Analytics Creator role. If you have users you want to scope down to read-only that have not been, you may also contact Support to assist in removing the Analytics Creator role.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve your Veracode Analytics experience.
