How to fix Directory traversal flaws -CWE ID 73 at

using (XmlReader reader = XmlReader.Create(lookupurl)) main function gets mapApiKey from   return ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["mapapikey"];

and mapapikey declared in web.config file.
