Once a milestone has been reached you will get the certificate. You can print out the certificate or use the print option to download the certificate as a PDF. Please see our documentation for more information: https://docs.veracode.com/r/View_and_Share_Security_Labs_Certifications_Badges
The certificate indicates the name and the credential id number but not the name of the organization. This also applies for E-learning.
