Unable to install Veracode Greenlight plugin for Eclipse, the link https://downloads.veracode.com/securityscan/eclipse returns "Sorry file Eclipse Forbidden" message

We were able to previously install the Greenlight plugin in Eclipse IDE, but our most recent installation returned an error. We followed both procedures from within the IDE and via Marketplace of Eclipse, and we're not able to download the installer from the URL provided in Veracode docs.

    I would recommend you contact our technical support team. Here's how you can log a case:

    1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, click on your user avatar.

    2. Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.

    Thank you for your feedback. There is already a case created for this and currently escalated to ENG team of Veracode. I posted it here just to know if the Greenlight installation for Eclipse IDE works for members of the community and mine was just an isolated case. 🙂
