Github Action ignores baseline file

I'm trying to integrate Veracode static scan into a Github Action and am experiencing a strange problem where the 'baseline' file is being ignored. i.e. I'm getting all the scanning issues that I'm trying to exclude.

More details are on the Stack Overflow question. I'm happy to convey the eventual answer from here to there & v.v. so you only need to answer in one place.

    Hello,

I would recommend you contact our technical support team. Here's how you can log a case:

    1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, and click on your user avatar.

    2. Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.Open a case with Support, for Dynamic analysis and provide the steps you are taking to receive that error to better help assist the engineer.

    Regards,

    Pranita

    Hi Pranita,

    Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately, I tried to "Contact Support" but I get this message below, or another saying to contact "@Jared" but I don't know how...

    > The Veracode Technical Support team is available to customers only.

    > If you're a Veracode customer and see this message, please log in or register.

I think my account needs to be fixed. Do you have a contact I can use please?

    TIA

I figured out why I was unable to "Contact Support". My Veracode Community account was different to my Analysis Center account (despite having the same email address).

To login to the community portal as a customer, select the "Login with Veracode" option during login.
