I am trying to get open flaw severities of an application through veracode api as mentioned in the below diagram, the numbers showing in web page are not matching the numbers I am getting from the api, I have mentioned details below.
I have tried SummaryReport().get_summary_report(self,app: UUID,sandbox: UUID | None = None) from python client and veracode rest api url https://api.veracode.com/appsec/v2/applications/{application_guid}/summary_report
Both are giving me the below results

"numflawssev1": 0,
"numflawssev2": 0,
"numflawssev3": 2,
"numflawssev4": 0,
"numflawssev5": 0,
"numflawssev3": 2 (medium severity above) this is mitigated but still I am getting 2 here, please let me know if I have to use a different funtion/end point or I am looking at the wrong place?

I would recommend you contact our technical support team. Here's how you can log a case:
1. Navigate to the upper right corner of any page in the Community, and click on your user avatar.
2. Select Contact Support from the drop-down menu.Open a case with Support, and provide the steps you are taking to receive that error to better help assist the engineer.
