On Friday we will be updating our password complexity requirement to combat dictionary attacks. We will be improving our password complexity requirement to disallow common words from being used. This list is updated regularly as new data is introduced on compromised passwords. This requirement will go out on Friday and will become applicable to users when they are due for their next password reset. 

What action do I need to take now?

No action is currently needed and your current password will continue to work. The new rules will take effect with your next password reset.
