The help page just tells you how to run a sandbox scan (which we do, from another pipeline), but there's nothing on there about running a policy scan. On the plugin page, however, it says that you can leave the sandbox name blank - is this how you instigate a policy scan?

To upload and scan to Policy, you simply leave the sandboxes options 'blank'
Here is an example of implementation using a java-app
here you'll find sca agent-based, sandbox scan, policy scan and pipeline scan.
If you're scanning an app different from java, is import to follow the package instructions accordingly: Package your code | Veracode Docs or use veracode auto-package: About auto-packaging | Veracode Docs
