I am going through a following documentation but not able to find any Rest API to start static analysis.

Yes, there is a REST API to start a static scan in the Veracode tool. It's part of the Pipeline Scan API.
Purpose: This API is designed for integrating static analysis scans into your development pipelines (e.g., CI/CD).
Functionality: You can use it to submit applications for static analysis scans and retrieve the results.
