As mentioned in my post on 9-Oct, Veracode is in the process of changing the URLs that the Software Composition Analysis (SCA) agent uses to download the agent and manage scans. The version of agent that was released on 4-Oct (3.8.76) uses sca-api.veracode.com by default for managing scans by Commercial users, but the old URL, api.sourceclear.io, will still work. Likewise, the version of agent that was released on 16-Dec (3.8.85) uses sca-downloads.veracode.com by default to download the agent, but the old URL, download.sourceclear.com, will still work. These changes will NOT affect anyone whose firewalls or proxy servers allow full access to any site in the Veracode.com domain and will NOT affect SCA Upload scans. But customers who allow access only to specific sites will need to add the URLs listed on this page in the help center to their allow lists.
