Customers will not be able to log into the Veracode platform via legacy SAML after 15-Jan-2025. SAML 2.0 will be required. To move to SAML 2.0, customers must take the following steps:

1. Retrieve the URLs for your organization from the SAML tab in the Veracode Platform.
2. Provide the URLs retrieved from the SAML tab to your identity provider (IdP) administrator, which is usually your IT organization.
3. Have your IdP administrator configure the IdP service to use the new URLs.
4. If necessary, disable any old/duplicate tiles.

95% of customers who use SAML have already completed these steps, but if you are unsure whether you have, please contact Veracode Support or your Customer Success Manager.
