Veracode removed the SCA Component Blocklist rule from all the built-in “Veracode Recommended” policies in the Commercial instance on 30-Jan-2025. The same will be done in Veracode's European Region instance on 5-Feb-2025. The US Federal instance will be updated a few weeks later. 99% of customers are not using this rule with the built-in policies, and for the 1% who are, we have taken steps to ensure that these changes will have no impact on the whether an application passes or fails policy.
