agent-based scan - not working on Windows agents

Hello, starting this morning agent-based scans have not been working on Windows. Same error when I tried to add a new Windows agent. Linux agents seem to work fine

The error I got:

no main manifest attribute, in C:\Users\VSSADM~1\AppData\Local\Temp\srcclr\4212\srcclr-3.8.88\bin\..\srcclr-3.8.88.jar
