Upload and Scan and Flaw Importer throwing --openssl-legacy-provider is not allowed in NODE_OPTIONS error in Azure DevOps build pipeline
We have been using the Upload and Scan and Flaw Importer extensions for Azure Devops successfully for a long time, but while working on a pipeline today I found that the Upload and Scan and Flaw Importer steps are throwing an error and failing:
--openssl-legacy-provider is not allowed in NODE_OPTIONS
The project I'm building uses Node 18.12 which had been working fine for some time. I checked and the extensions are up to date, so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot from here. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you!

I forgot to add the build agent is using Windows 2019, which is our usual build agent OS.
