A percentage is shown to indicate how far through a file the flaw occurs. This is done when there is no debugging information available. Using a Debug build is recommended.
I recommend you use the Auto-Packaging feature of the Veracode CLI to automate the process of building and packaging your applications for scanning with Veracode Static Analysis. It reduces the manual effort required by your teams and helps ensure more accurate and consistent results across scans.
