Veracode plugin for eclipse IDE
The veracode plugin for eclipse IDE doesn't produce the same result as manual upload directly on veracode website for static code analysis.
NOTE :- Our is a java based application.
However there is a plugin called Veracode static code analysis is able to produce the same result in Visual Studio 2022 IDE for C# project.

The https://docs.veracode.com/r/Veracode_Scan_for_Eclipse_IDE plugin will scan based on the project selected, not necessarily the complete application if that is what is uploaded to the platform directly or scanned using, https://docs.veracode.com/r/api_eclipse, if the complete project is uploaded.
