Our application for verification was approved on 9/30. How long does it take for the verified seal to arrive?

You will also want to get your website listed in the directory and link the image to your website's Veracode directory listing.
OK, thanks. You should probably change the email you send then as it states that the seal will be sent in a separate email (which never happened).
I did submit info to be listed in the directory a while back. How long would it likely take for the listing to be placed there?
There were a number of issues I've raised about Verified, which I believe are being looked at. When my last site went thru the Verified approval process. It look longer than the stated few days. I was able to pull things down from the website when I didn't get a separate email (to your point).
I don't know how long it takes for the directory listing to be added. It wasn't something that I tracked. You might need to ask your Program Manager to pound on a few desks w/in Veracode HQ to get that completed.
