It's been challenging to maintain community with an entirely-remote workforce. What seems to help is flexibility in logistics for meetings, training, etc. We try to hold several sessions on the same topics to help to assure people can find the time to attend, and we also record the calls/meetings for those unable to make it for whatever reason. This way, we can keep people engaged even if they can't participate in live sessions. We also keep the Teams channel and chats and file sharing open indefinitely and point people to those channels as questions arise.
